North Bay HomeBrew Session

This week we got to catch up Bobby Taul, long time friend and informal member of AltBrau you may remember from the brew day video at Bartlett Hall. Although he recently made the jump from homebrewer to pro, he says he has a ton to learn about recipe design so he plans to still homebrew often. We assisted with his brew day at his house in Northern CA. Shooting for a extra hoppy pale ale using Marris Otter malt and a heavy dose of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops. We're looking forward to trying it in a few weeks.
