Batch 3: SAISON LE ROQ (UPDATED...)
Greetings folks. Today we announce our third beer, named in honor of another's creative endeavor that never paid the bills.
Later this month Bobby Taul and Tim Decker from AltBrau will be assisting Wynn Whisenhunt from Bartlett Hall in the creation of a NZ/AUS dry hopped saison. This brew will feature Australian Summer hops (with floral and lime zest notes) and Wakatu hops from New Zealand (notes of apricot and melon).
Before he was known for his roles in "Gladiator" and "A Beautiful Mind", New Zealand born actor Russel Crowe was expressing himself with his musical project and alter ego RUSS LE ROQ. Similarly, AltBrau is an expression for our love and passion of beer and friendships.
